How much are you willing to pay? In my opinion, the BookSense XT, priced at $499 is too expensive, but if you are going to get a BookSense, might as well as pay $150 more for radio, bluetooth, 4GB internal card, etc. However, if you're only wanting to pay $350, I think I sort of like the Stream a bit more. But that's just a personal preference.

I'd go with the Stream, but that could just be because the Stream has all I need at what I consider a more reasonable price.

I have both units and liked them both. Until my speaker completely died on the Stream. SO I'd go with the Booksense. It's smaller and more streamlined IMO. Also navigation is a breeze.

I have been a Stream user for a year and a half. I really like the stream because it plays a lot and it is simple to use. If you are going to do recording, or really want FM radio support, then the BookSense is the way to go. The stream only records in a specialized format which must be converted to .wav by the software before it can be played on a pc.
